Complaints handling policy

We are committed to providing you, our patient, with a high-quality podiatry service – your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Should you believe at any point that we have failed in any aspect of your treatment or have not met your expectations, we would request that you inform us of your concerns/issues in the first instance to allow us the opportunity to address and find a suitable resolution.

Please include the specific details and the nature of your complaint in writing as soon as you can to allow us to investigate your complaint thoroughly.

What will happen next?

Upon receipt of your written complaint, we will launch a full and unbiased investigation into your complaint and shall forward you our response within 10 working days to explain the outcome of our findings.

We shall always endeavour to achieve a resolution to your concerns. If, however, you believe that we have not resolved your concerns/issues you may complain to our regulator:
